And to finish out your enchanting evening, our intimate Court Room space hosts a formal close up show — a unique format rarely seen outside the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

You’ll start off your VIP Experience with a welcome glass of champagne (or non-alcoholic alternative) and enjoy our strolling magic with other guests. When it’s time to head into the theater, we’ve reserved the best seats for our VIP’s Experience. And for our unique formal close-up show, you’ll once again have reserved seats waiting for you. About our Performers
Matt Bruce
Matt is an award winning magician, member of Hollywood’s Magic Castle, and stands with a foot in both the mystical and the magical. With several residencies across Southern California, he’s known for captivating his audiences and engaging everyone in the room. He’s won Nightclub Magician of the Year 2 years in a row, performing everywhere from clubs & private parties to spiritual shop parlors & theater stages. His work is described as “phenomenal,” “the real deal,” “amazing and magical,” and “wildly remarkable”.
Beyond magic, he is a sought after tarot expert, offering insightful readings that combine tarot, astrology, and numerology. He is the resident medium at Clifton’s in downtown Los Angeles, and a featured instructor of tarot symbolism at McBride’s Magic & Mystery School, considered the most prestigious magic school in the world by the BBC. His unique blend of talents have made him a favorite among clients such as Google, Adidas, Blumhouse Productions, and Blizzard Entertainment.
Greg Van Holsbeck
Greg VanHolsbeck has been fascinated with magic and illusion since he discovered a Marshall Brodien magic kit at ten years old.
As a shy, quiet kid he was by no means a “born entertainer” or the life of the party, but this fascination quickly turned to an obsession as Greg collected piles of books and absorbed everything he could on the subject of prestidigitation.
Fifteen years later, VanHolsbeck has made a career out of his obsession by creating his own opportunities in Southern California.
His one-man show “Handcrafted Mysteries” has appeared in numerous locations, including its current weekly residency at The Claremont Forum Bookstore. The show is highly interactive and features Greg’s original pieces of magic.
